Make mum a special cocktail for Mothers Day! This Clover Cocktail is zesty and fresh! 

Ingredients: 

50ml Gin

25ml dry Vermouth

1 egg white

15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

15ml raspberry syrup

Add all ingredients into a shaker, apart from the ice.

Dry shake, then add ice and shake a couple more times. 

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with three speared raspberries.
