Oban is one of Scotland's oldest and smallest distilleries. Founded in 1794, the West Highland port town of the same name has grown around the distillery. Tamnavulin Double Cask is the perfect introduction to their signature Speyside single malt whiskies: sweet, smooth and fruity, with notes of orchard fruits, creamy toffee and Crème Brûlée. Like all Tamnavulin, this whisky starts life in American ex-bourbon casks, adding smoothness to their sweet, fruity spirit. Then, when the time is right, the whisky is finished in seasoned sherry casks. Amber gold in the glass, where rich, warm aromas of apple, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan and subtle tangy marmalade notes meet the nose. The classic Arran 10YO Single Malt encompasses the unique taste of the beautiful island they call home and is one of the best single malt whiskies Scotland has to offer. Nose of candied citrus and honey, liquorice and butterscotch with the addition of water. The palate is classic Arran. The citrus notes have rounded with age and reveal new depths of character against a background of sweet oak and apple. Sweet spice coats the tongue, with notes of hazelnut and cinnamon. The Glendronach 12YO is a richly rewarding Highland single malt marrying the characterful Highland spirit with the exquisite duality of rare Spanish oak Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from the Bodegas of Andalucía. Matured for at least 12 years, it is exceptionally complex, rich and balanced. Notes of sherried autumn fruits meld with smooth chocolate praline, gingerbread and sun-dried raisin. Caramelised bramble, silky orange and sultana envelope the palate with warming spice.

This whisky has, unusually, been distilled using peated malted barley. The GlenDronach 'peated' pays homage to the peat historically used to dry malted barley in the traditional floor maltings. Matured in bourbon casks followed by a second period of maturation in the finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks.
