KI NO TEA was created in collaboration with tea-grower and blender, Hori-Shichimeien, founded in the Meiji era in 1879. Based in the famous Uji region to the south of Kyoto city, a number if super-premium Uji teas have been specially selected to form the heart of KI NO TEA. Tencha and Gyokuro provide intense aromas and depth of flavour with a wonderful sweetness that occurs naturally in the distillation of these superior teas.

The perfect partnership of Oloroso sherry seasoned American and European oak casks creates the distinctive, warm character of this harmonious single malt. Our skilled whisky making team optimise the right mix of European and American sherry seasoned oak casks to allow the delicate and indulgent flavours of American oak to take centre stage while the more traditional Macallan characteristics of rich fruits, sherry and wood spice provide a reassuringly familiar backdrop.

Seven signature core gin aromatics have been artfully expanded with the addition of toasted hemp hearts and a glorious burst of citrus. Unique toasted New Zealand hemp hearts are combined with lashings of lemon peel to produce a beautifully balanced botanical gin with bursts of luscious citrus and distant lingering toasted notes.
